We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more in the US - a flat $7.50 for orders less than $75.  

We ship by U.S. Priority Mail within two business days of the order being placed. The post office quotes 2-3 days delivery. These are normal projected delivery dates, but are not guaranteed.  

Please provide a valid U.S. Postal Service delivery address.  If you receive mail at a PO Box, please use that as your shipping address.  Be sure to include a phone number where we can reach you in case we need more information. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING:  We do not offer overnight shipping. We ship by U.S. Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days.

We do not offer international shipping.  

Mystique Intimates Return Policy 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase when products are in new condition and are unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and packaging materials included. Please be careful when trying on... we cannot accept returns of garments damaged by make-up, perfume, and stains.

EXCHANGES:  Please include the packing slip.  If not available, your name, a daytime phone number, the order number - and include the size and color of the item you wish to exchange for.

We will make the exchange promptly upon receipt of your return - we do not charge you the cost of shipping an exchanged item.  

    REFUNDS: Please include the packing slip.  If not available, your name, a daytime phone number, & the order number.  After receipt & inspection of the return, your refund will be processed.
